This paper has been written to reflect the content and structure of a standard grade SQA paper. The paper provides questions from the various areas of study: introduction to business, the working environment, storage and retrieval of information, reprographics, sources of information, travel, communications and databases. A solution paper is included to give guidance on the quality of answers expected from candidates.
